Terms and conditions
Standard rate:
In the months of May, June, September and October it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations after the 7th day, a penalty of 30% of the total amount will be applied.
In the months of July and August it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations after the 14th day, a penalty of 30% of the total amount will be applied.
Non-refundable rate:
The rate provides for the payment of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation, and no refund in case of cancellation.
VAT and local taxes:
The 10% VAT is included in the rate. No tourist tax is due as it is retained by the shipping companies (landing tax)
